South Cook and North Will County cemeteries transcribed by SSGHS as part of its
Cemetery Census Series may receive a quick lookup in our Master Index at no
charge. Please note that the Master Index does NOT give dates - only the
name of the cemetery. Please look at the listings of the cemeteries and
the locations before you make your request since we only have readings for
cemeteries outside of Chicago's southern boundaries.
Submit up to three surnames (plus one variant spelling of surnames) and send it
to <SSGHS@usa.net> Please
type the SURNAMES in the Subject Line.
We will check the Master Index for the surnames and reply to your Email.
If we find a surname, we will give you details on how to request photocopies.
Common surnames may be too numerous to list and, in that case, we will suggest
that you order a copy of the Master Index page/pages for that surname.
